Logistics Administrator

We are a Dairy Trading company producing big results and growing rapidly. We are looking for a new team member to join our fun and successful business. 

Some of what you'll get up to in the role:

• Administrative support and general office duties.
• Invoicing, management of stock movements and dealing with freight bookings.
• Processing orders.
• Inventory Control
• Answering telephone calls and liaising with clients.
• Manage daily workflow to maintain client service standards ensuring time frames and schedules are adhered to.
• Client database management.
• Data entry and other clerical work as operationally required.
• Developing and maintaining efficient administrative systems and processes.
• Maintaining office stationery and sundries.
• Administrative support to the MD and sales team.
• Other relevant tasks as required.

• Exceptional organisation and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to rapidly acquire new skills.
• Outstanding telephone, email, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and have a willingness and ability to learn new software packages such as MYOB.
• Enjoys working autonomously and with a small but growing team.
