Your new role
Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, clients, and suppliers.
Scheduling and coordinating and maintaining daily communication for feedback.
Working closely with supporting the team within the scope of organisational policies and procedures.
Customer dispatch within set time guidelines as per our customer agreements
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in a similar role is preferred or background in logistics admin or customer service.
Driven and motivated to excel, you will have impressive customer service skills, demonstrated by your ability to form long-term value-added relationships.
You will need strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail is a must.
What you'll get in return
$65,000 + super.
