About the role and where you will be working:

Reporting to the Senior Management Accountant, you are an integral part of the wider Finance team and plays a vital role in ensuring the accurate reporting of the company's assets & projects. Ultimately this position is a hands on, broad role where you will cover a range of duties.

This role is located at our central office in Rivervale with the flexibility to work from home a couple of days a week.

We’ll also be asking you to:-

• Assist in the preparation of accurate monthly and quarterly financial documents, including budgets, forecasts, cash flow, financial improvement opportunities, statutory reports, and tax compliance.
• Deliver business performance analysis and insights.
• Contribute to year-end processes, statutory accounts, audit, and consolidated accounts.
• Contribute to financial presentations for internal and board meetings.
• Partner with key cost centre owners to maximise financial performance.

To be considered for this role, you’ll need:

• Qualified, CA/CPA or equivalent
• Proven experience in accounting or finance, in the not-for-profit space or in a commercial environment.
• Excellent time management, a positive attitude, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Adaptability & willingness to learn.
