This position will also review business communications from HR, manage the bi-annual performance review process and ensure WHS compliance. Managing HR budgets and providing regular reporting to the COO will also form part of the key responsibilities. Salary commensurate with experience, $140-$150 range.
The Fit
You are an experienced HR Manager or a Senior HRBP who has led teams and is ready for your next career step. Qualified as a HR Practitioner and with demonstrated experience in a professional services environment, you understand the culture and nuances of this sector and are able to provide solutions and ideas for uplift.
Systems literate and with commercial nous, you are a people person with the ability to build credible relationships, influence and negotiate solutions for all parties.
