The Role
T

his is a full time position that requires an experienced HR Generalist with the confidence to lead.  Reporting to the COO you will manage the day-to-day HR function, work collaboratively to set the HR Strategic plan, review and uplift employee engagement, learning and development, remuneration and rewards and ensure compliance with policies against legislation.  This role will also lead recruitment and onboarding activities with the support of the HR Administrator.
This position will also review business communications from HR, manage the bi-annual performance review process and ensure WHS compliance.  Managing HR budgets and providing regular reporting to the COO will also form part of the key responsibilities.  Salary commensurate with experience, $140-$150 range.

The Fit
You are an experienced HR Manager or a Senior HRBP who has led teams and is ready for your next career step.  Qualified as a HR Practitioner and with demonstrated experience in a professional services environment, you understand the culture and nuances of this sector and are able to provide solutions and ideas for uplift.
Systems literate and with commercial nous, you are a people person with the ability to build credible relationships, influence and negotiate solutions for all parties.
