Our team is growing, and we are in the need of a Marketing CoordinatorSuperstar to support our Brand Manager and team by providing fundamental support and coordination of marketing projects and campaigns, day to day department administration and ad hoc duties from time to time.

This role will ideally suit an all-rounder who is happy to work on a variety of tasks and wanting to gain broad exposure within Marketing. This is a full-time role based at our head office in Western Sydney (Huntingwood) and comes with a competitive remuneration package and perks!

What will your day look like?
- Assist the Brand Manager in marketing projects and campaigns from inception through to completion, including campaign analysis and reporting.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Brand Manager and marketing department.
- Support the team with Content Management, ensuring it is on brand and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Facilitate effective communication channels within the marketing team and across departments, to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.
- Assist in market research, by collecting data, conducting surveys, and compiling reports to gain insights into consumer behaviour and market trends.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate events, trade shows, and promotional event.
- General assistance to the marketing team with any larger projects in works.
- Any other ad hoc duties as they arise from time to time.
What will make us sit up and take notice?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Superior administrative, planning, project management and organisational skills.
- A proactive work ethic, with the ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Is a team player but also able to be autonomous.
- Exceptionally organised and detail oriented.
- Ability to prioritise and juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines at once
- Intermediate in Microsoft 365 (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including CRM systems, project management software, and digital analytics platforms.
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Genuine interest in marketing, brands and putting the customer at the heart of your decision making.
