Responsibilities:
- Onboarding new franchisees (marketing arm of their businesses)
- Mentoring franchisees over the phone on marketing needs
- Empowering our Groomers to handle their local area marketing campaigns
- Support PR & digital media initiatives, including blog creations
- Monitor & measure SEO and Google Ad Word campaigns
- Assist in the development of Local Area Marketing Plans for franchisees
- Set up new Facebook Location Pages for new Groomers;
- Establish Google My Business pages;
- Run Google Word Ads and Facebook Advertising programs;
- Provide Social Media guidance for Franchisees;
- Create, develop and maintain National Marketing to acquire new franchisees;
- Additional Ad-Hoc duties such as general marketing administrative tasks
- Managing the national website, web pages, social media, and video script
- Optimising content for the website and social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc)
- Developing and managing marketing campaigns;
- Editing and posting content, videos, photography and text.
- Ensure the brand is accurately presented and aligned with corporate guidelines;
Our ideal candidate
We are looking for an enthusiastic, service focused, and committed Marketing professional that can contribute to the ongoing success of the company.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar Marketing Coordinator role
- Qualification in Marketing, Communications or similar preferred
- A proven ability to manage, maintain and strengthen stakeholder relationships
- Highly developed communication, time management and organisational skills
- A self-starter who loves collaborating with others but can also work autonomously
- Google Ad Words and Facebook marketing;
- CRM system;
- Google experience;
- Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook, Word Press, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
- Computer and EDM skills
