Overview
RSPCA WA, the state’s leading animal welfare charity dedicated to improving the lives of all animals, has an exciting six-month contract with full-time hours. This role will be responsible for coordinating the marketing activities for the organisation with a specific focus on RSPCA WA's fundraising campaigns.
About the Role
Sitting within the Community Engagement team, the Marketing Coordinator will provide digital marketing support to the organisation, ensuring brand alignment at all times. The role will further be responsible for implementing the digital marketing strategy, building engagement through content development, production and publication. This role will also book and manage all advertising for the organisation.
This role will be a central point for delivering digital communications about the organisation's critical work in animal welfare to the community in a consistent, engaging and encompassing way, to increase brand awareness, supporters and donors.
What you will need
As Marketing Coordinator you will need:
- Practical experience using Pardot marketing platform and Salesforce CRM, including designing customer journeys, automation, template creation, form development and integration of Pardot assets into various digital platforms.
- Experience using website content management systems, relevant analysis tools, and a strong understanding of website management functionality.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites, with basic skills in Canva, InDesign and Photoshop.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to write effective engaging content for web, social and other digital media and audiences delivering strong messages that align with brand RSPCA WA.
- A creative and innovative approach to tasks, and willingness to generate new ideas and add strategic value.
- Ability to build positive relationships with both internal and external customers and be an integral and proactive member of a busy team.
- Impeccable attention to detail across all areas of responsibility including editing, proofing, brand management and project management
