In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the design team by monitoring timelines for every project and ensuring priorities are delivered to deadlines.

- Partner closely with your immediate team as well as stakeholders across the marketing and design team.
- Overseeing design briefs and scheduling workflow across graphic design team
- Managing complex stakeholder relationships from start to finish
- Assisting clients with their marketing requests: through writing briefs and overseeing the production of the finished products and campaigns.
- Project managing marketing campaigns, new product developments and recruitment projects
- Working closely with the marketing team, graphic designers and web developer
- Conduct monthly and ad hoc reporting for the marketing team
- Monitor marketing inbox and any ad-hoc support required by wider marketing team
- Tertiary or similar qualifications in communications, marketing, or design
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and communication skills
- Creative and strategic thinker who has the ability to problem solve and trouble shoot
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and remain calm under pressure
