Marketing Coordinator

MAYDAY Recruitment has partnered with one of Australia's largest real estate networks in Sydney. This exciting opportunity will see the Design Studio Coordinator working closely with the Design Manager and collaborating with the graphic design team and key internal stakeholders.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the design team by monitoring timelines for every project and ensuring priorities are delivered to deadlines.

• Partner closely with your immediate team as well as stakeholders across the marketing and design team.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing design briefs and scheduling workflow across graphic design team
• Managing complex stakeholder relationships from start to finish
• Assisting clients with their marketing requests: through writing briefs and overseeing the production of the finished products and campaigns.
• Project managing marketing campaigns, new product developments and recruitment projects
• Working closely with the marketing team, graphic designers and web developer
• Conduct monthly and ad hoc reporting for the marketing team
• Monitor marketing inbox and any ad-hoc support required by wider marketing team

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Tertiary or similar qualifications in communications, marketing, or design 
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and communication skills
• Creative and strategic thinker who has the ability to problem solve and trouble shoot
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and remain calm under pressure
