The Role
This position is based at our office with attendance at home opens, and other shoots and events, to help capture footage is required.
The role is a unique balance of high-volume social media creation, and digital and print advertising. Working closely with the Office Manager you will strategise and execute a diverse, multi-platform social media marketing plan that complements traditional activities to drive growth across our network of platforms online.
- Support the team and business in executing various marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products or services.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and traditional advertising.
- Support the team in organising promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing initiatives, such as graphic designers, printers, and event planners.
- Maintain marketing materials inventory and ensure all promotional items are stocked and distributed as needed.
- Conduct market research and gather data on consumer trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Assist in analysing marketing metrics and preparing reports to track campaign performance and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the team, to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
- Contribute creative ideas and suggestions for improving marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in marketing to help keep our strategies fresh and effective.
- Provide general administrative and ad hoc support to the business as requested, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organising files and documents.
About you
- Full of personality and naturally creative with a passion for Real Estate, with a keen aesthetic eye, and an understanding of customer-centric marketing.
- Exceptional proofreader with creative copywriting ability and attention to detail.
- Highly developed organisational skills and time management.
- A strong interest in digital marketing, trends, and a solid knowledge of the aspirational social brand landscape.
- Skills in photography, video, and editing/graphic design, to produce quality content.
- Working knowledge of the following software’s (or comparable platforms)
- Photoshop
- WordPress
- Canva
- iRealty
- Inspect Real Estate (BDM) – preferable but not essential
- A comprehensive understanding of all social platforms, Meta, Google Analytics, and a commitment to staying informed about platform changes.
- Experience working with other brands and community organisations and managing partnerships and collaborations (preferred but not essential).
