Marketing Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team in South Melbourne. They are a company that specialises in providing innovative solutions in the cybersecurity and SMS marketing sectors. As a leading provider of SMS services, they cater to various industries including banking, retail, hospitality, and more. The successful candidate will work closely with the COO to execute marketing strategies, manage content creation, and assist with customer acquisition and retention efforts.
Responsibilities:

• Refresh and optimise content across various platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
• Create engaging blog posts to attract and educate their target audience.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
• Assist in managing Google Ads campaigns and monitor their performance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and support their efforts.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities for growth.
• Assist in coordinating marketing activities for their international offices.
• Monitor and report on key marketing metrics to measure the success of campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure their marketing efforts remain innovative and effective.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads and SEO best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative marketing ideas.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
