About the role
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the Anvelo brand, as well as the development and implementation of a marketing strategy that establishes a sustainable pipeline of market qualified leads and supports sales personnel in their conversion, retention and service expansion activities. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Anvelo Directors and Offices to deliver on the business strategy and increase brand awareness and revenue growth in new and established markets.
The role will provide strategic marketing and communications advice and manage the development of quality collateral, impactful client communications, compelling events and moments of delight. The Marketing Manager will co-create and implement Anvelo’s long-term marketing strategy to successfully deliver on brand, marketing and communications outcomes tied to clearly defined lead, conversion and revenue targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Co-create and implement Anvelo’s long-term marketing strategy.
- Deliver on brand, marketing and communications outcomes tied to defined lead, conversion and revenue targets.
- Take the lead on business-to-business marketing for Anvelo.
- Protect and promote the Anvelo brand in all relevant channels.
- Work with the senior managers to create and deliver marketing collateral to convert leads.
- Generate and qualify leads and drive action in supporting sales managers.
- Organise and schedule events, networking and other engagements. Represent the company at networking and client events.
- Be hands on, willing and able to roll up your sleeves and deliver.
Experience and skills needed:
- Bachelor degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or a related field.
- Advanced Microsoft and Adobe Suite capabilities.
- Minimum of seven years’ marketing and brand experience in a business-to-business service-based industry.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic marketing and business planning, as well as implementing brand and marketing plans and activities to drive leads and conversions with Sales teams.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain positive relationships are a must.
- Market research experience, to identify client pain points.
- Effective organisational skills to manage the broad responsibilities associated with the role and ability to stay on top of marketing projects is a must.
- Sales experience using the MEDDIC Sales Process and use of CRM software are desirable.
