A fashion brand with a massive following nationally and internationally which has been growing YOY, supported by great product, marketing and global super stars endorsing the brand. They are building now for what's set to be a big year with new store openings in Australia and overseas along with exciting new products set for release.
About The Role
This is a new position and fantastic opportunity to get on board with an established fashion brand making a real name here in Australia and overseas. As Marketing Manager you will be working directly with the founder and given full responsibility of the marketing team, leading a team of talented marketers as well as bringing strategic direction to future campaigns. As a brand with a massive online presence there's something new happening every day, from social media campaigns, phot shoots and influencers to manage, this department has it all. This is lined up perfectly for someone to come in an take full ownership of the marketing department and continue building an already brilliant brand with a loyal following.
What's The Day to Day?

• Team management - a team of creatives, designers, content producers, etc..
• Manage external agencies, providing strategic direction on paid search and social campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Pintrest, etc…
• Work with internal departments to deliver on marketing requirements
• Develop the marketing calendar, using data to make informed decisions
• Work on brand strategy while keeping across new product releases
• Maintain customer engagement via social channels
• Develop direct marketing strategy via EDM and SMS - hands on experience with Klayvio is an advantage but not a requirement

What We're After

• Experience in a position with responsibility for strategy and implementation with leadership experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
• Ability to interpret data and create reports
• An understanding of the fashion world would be great, even better if you have commercial experience working in fashion
• Driven personality with the ability to take initiative (you will be given a lot of freedom in the role)
