Impact English College is an accredited provider of English Language Intensive Courses to Overseas Students (ELICOS). The college was first established in 2008 in Melbourne and opened its second campus in Brisbane in 2015. The college has over 1000 full-time adult students from more than 25 countries. Impact English College is committed to providing student-centred services and offers excellent facilities and programs. The college currently has around 120 staff employed across the academic, administrative and marketing departments. This position is a one-year fixed-term maternity leave cover with the potential for contract extension contingent upon exemplary sales performance and ongoing business growth.
We are looking for a person who has:
- Ability to speak, read and write Spanish at a native level and a deep understanding of Latin American cultures especially Colombia.
- A demonstrated understanding of, and experience in, sales, marketing and customer service
- Sound understanding of the benefits of cross cultural communication, and the ability to interact with people from a wide range of cultural backgrounds
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to display initiative and provide effective solutions to problems
- Ability to work within a team, and to establish rapport and develop warm relationships with students and business partners
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- 100% fluency in all aspects of English language usage
- Experience in general administrative duties
Key responsibilities include
· Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets for the allocated market(s) set by the college
· Promote all courses that the college offers
· Maintain and further develop relationships with existing agencies in target market(s)
· Provide ongoing counselling to the students to support their life in the college and provide advice to identify the best study options
