The opportunity:
We are on the lookout for a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator join our Review & Elka Collective team based at our Richmond Support Office! Reporting directly to Marketing Manager - Review & Elka Collective, the purpose of this role is to help grow our online footprint and bring our brand to life. 

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop & implement the Social Media strategy across the Review brand, with a focus on driving innovation and engagement.
  • Create and execute innovative and engaging content across social channels for the brands, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
  • Build and action Social Media content calendars inline with the marketing and promotional calendars.
  • Regularly maintain and optimise Social Media platforms to drive acquisition and engagement.
  • Engage and reply to comments and messages on social posts in a timely manner.
  • Create and execute social-exclusive competitions to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage the optimization of campaigns against KPI metrics, including engagement, reach, and ROI.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly Social Media and marketing reports, and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Conduct competitor analysis of social activity and insights to inform optimisation strategies.
  • Identify metric-focused insights and optimisation strategies to continually improve Social Media performance.
  • Investigate Social Media trends and implement them where relevant to improve brand performance.
  • Manage social influencer outreach, documentation, briefings, communications and product delivery to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Identify content partnerships that are brand aligned to deliver content, engagement and growth, and manage these partnerships effectively.
  • Write creative content for Social Media posts, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visuals across all platforms.
  • Work closely with graphic designers under the direction of the Marketing Manager(s) for the development of social assets required.
  • Coordinate timely content across influencer partnerships, ensuring quality and brand alignment.
  • Work with the team to ensure flat lay content production is effective for socials, through relaying briefs and liaising with key stakeholders.
  • Supporting the day-to-day marketing activities in the planning and execution of brand events, activations, PR and promotions
  • Trade reporting & sample management

The skills and experience you offer us:

  • In depth knowledge of Social Media and associated platforms.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills and ability to create compelling content for Social Media platforms.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful Social Media campaigns and strategies that have driven engagement and ROI.
  • Stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative flair, innovative thinking and a proactive mindset.
  • Strong knowledge of Social Media analytics and tools.
  • Experience with paid Social Media advertising and Social Media management tools.
  • A strategic approach to growth and a proven history of increasing Social Media following and engagement.
  • An ability to take feedback constructively and work collaboratively with a team
  • Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in Social Media marketing, preferably in the fashion or retail industry, managing a B2C Social Media account
