Mater Hill Gastroenterology is seeking a professional and well-presented Medical Secretary to join their busy clinic.
We are a warm, friendly and caring clinic and would love someone with the same attributes to join our clinic.
You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Answering incoming calls
Scheduling bookings and theatre
Responsible for billings including bulk billing
Following up patients
Ensuring the reception is clean and tidy
Welcoming patients into the clinic with a smile
Liaising with other doctors rooms, different hospital locations, anaesthetist rooms etc.
Key requirements:
1+ years experience as a Medical Receptionist ideally
Genie software experience preferred
Excellent presentation skills
People and customer service focused
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritise workload and ensure the reception area runs smoothly
About the role:
Full time hours ( 38 hours per week )
5 days per week ( Monday - Friday )
Opportunity to work some shifts from home (hybrid role)
