JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide Reception, administrative and clerical support.
- Answering and directing incoming calls in a professional telephone manner.
- Data entry, prepare of administrative reports and documents for our team.
- Filing and database management.
- Experience with Best Practice software preferred but not essential
If you feel you are confident in the knowledge and performing of the above tasks, and to be successful that you have the skills we ask below.
- Computer skills
- Be able to work independently
- Be confident, enthusiastic and team orientated
- Focused on a high level of customer service
- Communicate in a courteous and efficient manner
- Attention to detail and willing to learn
- Position is for weekdays and weekends.
