Medical Receptionist
Full Time 9:00am – 5:30pm
Local Hills Role with Onsite Parking
$65,000 + Superannuation

This role is for you if you are experienced in Medical Reception, are happy to drive around to the different locations on a needs basis and a bonus is having Genie Software experience.

Your day to day will include:

• Dealing with and greeting walk-in patients with appointments and enquiries
• Taking and processing payments into the system including eftpos payments
• Managing a busy shared inbox as a team
• Working with Dr’s, Hospitals and other clinics getting results
• Arranging and re-booking theatre, coordinating with the hospital and patients
• Data entry into Genie System and updating Excel Spreadsheets
