We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist on a part-time / full time basis to join our team at Oxford Street Medical Centre.

About the role
- Managing confidential patient records
- Greeting patients, answering telephone calls, patient triage and booking patient appointments
- Document scanning and email management
- Patient billing and payment collection
- Working as part of a team supporting the Practice Manager
- Handling of incoming mail and preparation of mail to send.
- Maintaining doctors bookings and schedules.
- Being responsive to other team member requests.
- Other adhoc administration as required.
Skills & experience
- Medical receptionist experience (highly regarded but not essential)
- Ability to develop quality working relationships and work in a busy team environment
- Exceptional customer service, data entry and communication skills
- Proven multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills
- Experience using Best Practice (highly desirable but not essential)
- Excellent computer abilities including Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional phone manner.
