Western Radiology
We are a modern private Radiology practice soon with eight branches in Perth. We take pride in delivering a high quality medical imaging service to our patients and referring Doctors.
We currently have multiple positions for receptionists to join our friendly teams, possibly with flexibility to go between our locations.
All brances offer working location flexibility; Balcatta, Cockburn Central, Claremont, Clarkson, Morley and Mandurah currenly have openings.
The positions are preferably Full-Time.
Criteria
We are seeking team players, who are self-determined, with a strong work ethic, who take initiative and are looking to grow with us as we continue to expand.
Applicants should be driven and looking to add to our strong customer service culture.
Previous medical experience is preferred, but if you possess the following qualities you may be considered;
Friendly and excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to liaise and provide service to people from diverse backgrounds
Moderate to advanced computer literacy
Exceptional telephone manner
Requirements of the role
High standard of patient care
Excellent attention to detail is required
Taking patient bookings in person and on the Telephone
Rotate between front reception and answering Telephone calls
Ability to remain calm and confident in stressful situations and to be sensitive to individual needs
