We are a busy specialist consulting practice (Adelaide Skin & Eye Centre) and day surgery (Adelaide Surgicentre) located in Kent Town. Our facility specialises in skin cancer surgery, Mohs surgery, oculoplastic surgery and laser.
We are looking for a confident, mature-minded individual to join our professional team; 30-32 hours per week. The successful applicant must have the following experience and attributes:
- Previous receptionist experience in medical or specialist rooms;
- A pleasant personality & the ability to liaise effectively with patients & co-workers;
- Superior time management & organisational skills;
- Total commitment to delivering quality customer service;
- Understanding of confidentiality requirements;
- Knowledge of computerised practice management systems;
- The ability to work within a fast paced work environment;
- Available to cover other staff when required during periods of leave and sickness;
- Experience with day surgery billing highly regarded;
- Current police checks and WWCC.
