A busy GP practice, SOR, consisting of 12 GP's.
We are looking for a helpful, movtivated and reliable Medical Receptionist to join our friendly Medical Centre.
Previous experience in General Practice is preferred
Your role will include:-
- Answering phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Meeting and greeting patient with a smile
- Managing patient enquiries and liaising with doctors and nurses
- Scanning incoming mail
- Medicare Billings
- Having a team focus approach with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to create a pleasant working enviroment for all staff and our patients
To be succesful in this role, you will require:-
- Minimum 12 months in General Practice (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethics
- Excellence in communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail
Three weeks training will be provided at the premises for the successful candiate.
We will offer you a pleasant working environment with a friendly supportive network and flexbility.
Surgery hours are 7am to 7pm Mon to Fri, 8am to1pm Saturdays. Closed Sunday and public holidays.
