About the Role
Our client is looking for a highly organized, enthusiastic administration professional with a passion for delivering outstanding patient-centric service to join their supportive and dedicated team in a brand new clinic at Burleigh Waters. This permanent full-time or part-time position offers work/life balance, with flexibility in days and hours for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Manage general reception and administrative duties
- Handle internal and external enquiries
- Perform typing, schedule appointments, billing, and receipting
- Operate the switchboard
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Monitor incoming patient emails and correspondence
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in specialist medical reception
- Experience with Genie
- Professional phone manner
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams)
- Knowledge of Medicare, DVA, and Private Health Fund billing
