Busy Specialist Practice eastern suburbs is looking for an enthusiastic, friendly Medical Receptionist to join our supportive team who are dedicated in providing excellent patient care.
The role is for an immediate start, Full time.
Duties include: (but not limited to)
- Meet and greet patients
- Telephone and email correspondence
- Scheduling appointments, processing documents
- Processing patient payments, Medicare and Bulk Billing
- Excellent computer skills
- General clerical duties
- Prior Medical Receptionist experience preferred (Genie Software)
Excellent time management skills, attention to detail with professional presentation.
Current Police Check, Working with Children and First Aid Certificate. Remuneration based on previous experience and qualifications.
