The Position
We are seeking a fulltime (part time considered) Medical Receptionist with previous Radiology Practice experience and a commitment to providing exceptional patient reception services and care.
It is our preference that applicant's have previous experience in a reception role in diagnostic imaging, however we will consider applicants with reception experience in other areas.
In this instance,applicants must have had a minimum of 12 months experience in Healthcare reception or Healthcare administration in either Allied Health, Primary Care (eg GP Practice reception) or Specialist Consulting Medical receptionist roles.
As the first point of contact for our patient’s, you will work directly with the Practice Manager to provide patient reception services and field referring practitioner enquiries with professionalism, efficiency and attention to detail.

You Will Have
- A commitment to providing professional care and attention to detail.
- A commitment to developing strong working relationships with patients, referrers, and your work colleagues.
- Previous experience in a private diagnostic imaging/medical setting highly regarded.
- Experience with Comrad RIS (patient booking system software) highly regarded (if not training will be provided)
