Medical Receptionist - Liverpool

We are seeking a well presented casual/part-time (at least 3-4days per week including weekends) Medical Receptionist to help manage the front desk and to provide effective, efficient and exceptional customer service for this busy medical centre. Reporting to the practice manager, your primary responsibilities will be to provide receptionist services to our patients and medical professionals by: 

.         Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner

·         Dealing with general patient enquiries over the phone (including bookings) 

·         General office administration including billing, scanning, emails, faxing 

·         Ensuring patient waiting area is clean and tidy

Normal job duties will include:

·         booking and assisting patients (and medical professionals where required)

·         telephone reception duties

·         coordinating appointments for doctors and allied health with their patients

To be considered for this role, it is desirable that you have:

.         Medical Receptionist experience 

·         Strong verbal communication, customer service and interpersonal skills

·         Basic computer skills

·         High levels of motivation and reliability

·         You will have good organisation skills and have the ability to work independently as well being a good team player!

·         Proficient in English and Mandarin is preferred.
