We are a medical practice with visiting specialists and GPs in the heart of Dubbo.
We are seeking an individual with administrative experience and a strong work ethic to join our team.
The Role
The role involves a wide range of medical administration tasks, including:
- Greeting patients
- Collecting and updating patient details
- Managing incoming and outgoing calls
- Appointment setting
- Billing, and
- Typing
The selected candidate will also be expected to deliver outstanding customer service to our patients at all times.
Selection Criteria
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
- The ability to multi-task
- Proficient typing and data entry skills
- A warm and welcoming demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently
- A willingness to cover holidays and sick leave, and
- A commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
Candidates with experience as a Medical Receptionist are preferred.
