About us
We are a Mixed Billing GP Medical practice located in Woolloongabba. We are looking for Practice Manager & casual reception staff to fill in the position, required for approximately 30 to 40 hours per week. Additional hours available to cover permanent staff taking leave & over the weekends & holidays. The candidate will be proficient in typing and have experience with medical software (specifically experience with Best Practice), with an understanding of DVA and Medicare billing.

Qualifications & experience
- Experience with Best Practice Medical software
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Medical typing and word processing skills
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently
- Exceptional organisational skills to organise appointments and liaise with other healthcare facilities
- Ability to demonstrate a clear understanding of the importance of patient confidentiality
- Able to multitask to a high level
- Reliable and punctual
- Available for Morning/afternoon/evening shifts.
