We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team.

The successful applicant will:

• enjoy working as part of a team
• have previous experience working in a specialist or medical setting
• dedicated work ethic and positive attitude
• have strong organisational skills and the ability to multi task
• maintain confidentiality at all times
• previous experience with BlueChip Medical is desirable but not essential

Duties will include:

• greeting patients
• managing a large volume of telephone enquiries
• scheduling patient appointments
• administrative support
• liaising with doctors, staff and other health professionals
• managing incoming/outgoing mail
