About Us
An exciting opportunity has become available for a dynamic and professional Medical Receptionist at Priority Paediatrics. Priority Paediatrics offers fast and accessible appointments with a Paediatrician for non-critical issues and provides the highest level of care to the children.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will be providing a high level of customer service reporting to the Business Development Manager and Directors.
The position is part time, permanent position. 2 days per week with a potential to increase due to practice requirements.
About the role
- Providing excellent customer service
- Driving the delivery of high-quality reception services
- Managing patient bookings, appointments
- Data entry of patient information
- Processing payments and Medicare rebates
- Emailing correspondence, and always ensuring patient confidentiality
- Flexible and willing to work extra days as required
Skills and experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
