We are hiring ….. Medical Receptionist Permanent Part-time

Our sister practice - Health Matters Fernvale is an established and highly regarded general practice, providing primary health care to a diverse array of patients within a rural community.
We are seeking a dedicated and committed Medical Receptionist who enjoys being busy and is able to work between the hours of 7:00am and 7:00pm weekdays (ideally Monday, Wednesday, Friday) and x1 Saturday per month 8am – 12pm.
This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate with a warm welcoming, supportive and caring team of professionals. The ideal candidate will be required to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in a range of administrative and reception tasks and provide our patients with outstanding service and care.
Desired Experience and Behaviours:
• General Practice and/or Medical/Allied Health experience (desired)
• A patient-focused approach with genuine empathy and interests in their needs
• A demonstrated ability to prioritise and organise tasks with a strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of Best Practice (desired)
• An absolute "can do" positive and friendly attitude that sets you apart
• A high level of self-motivation and drive
• Confident communication skills both written and verbal
• Professional presentation
• Ability to work as a team player within a busy environment!
