Medical Receptionist serves as the primary point of contact for the clinic. Patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and others seeking access to the clinic's staff or services first engage with the
Medical Receptionist.
DutiesYou will be responsible for:- Front of house reception duties
- Scheduling appointments
- Managing phone calls & emails
- Assisting with GP requests
- Registering patients to the GP Clinic
Skills & ExperienceYou must have:- Previous experience as a receptionist
- 1-2 years' experience working in a medical setting
- An understanding of the Medicare billing process
- A current Police check & WWCC
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- The ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive cases
- An immediate availability to start!
