MEDICAL SECRETARY

                   GENIE EXPERIENCE A MUST.

We have a role for an experienced Medical Secretary/receptionist to work for 2 delightful Neurologists.

The role is very busy and demanding.  You are sharing the role with another secretary who works 1 day per week ( Mondays). They are long standing secretaries but one has decided to retire so you will be taking over a very skilled, delightful, highly regarded secretary.

This role can be very demanding, with many phone calls and enquires to attend to.

Duties:

• Reception
• Meet & Greet
• Answer the many phone enquires in a polite and timely manner.
• Attend to email enquiries
• Scanning
• Billings
• Banking
• Dealing with EFTPOS transactions
• Eclipse is used for hospital billings
• IT literacy - Current Genie experience A MUST
• Audio typing skills
• Make appointments for consulting and the  hospital admissions
• Manage busy consulting sessions
• Diary management for both doctors

You will love this role as the doctors are a delight to work for, proof of this are the current secretaries who have been in their roles for many years. It is busy, but if you are organised, good at attention to detail, want a responsible position then this is for you. It is 4 days Tuesday to Friday 9 - 5pm.
