We are currently looking for a full-time Medical Secretary / Receptionist. In this role you will be exposed to all areas of practice management while working alongside an experienced practice manager. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference to our patients through your professionalism and compassion. Duties
- booking appointments and managing a busy diary
- greeting, registering, and billing patients
- typing, scanning, faxing, and filing patient reports
- liaising with patients, doctors, health professionals and other Ultrasound Care employees
Skills and Experience
- previous experience in a busy healthcare setting essential
- excellent communication skills
- excellent attention to detail
- ability to work well within a team
