Medical Secretary / Receptionist

Ultrasound Care operates eight ultrasound practices throughout Sydney. We are known for our high-quality diagnostic imaging as well as our compassion and care for every patient.

We are currently looking for a full-time Medical Secretary / Receptionist. In this role you will be exposed to all areas of practice management while working alongside an experienced practice manager. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference to our patients through your professionalism and compassion. Duties

• booking appointments and managing a busy diary
• greeting, registering, and billing patients
• typing, scanning, faxing, and filing patient reports
• liaising with patients, doctors, health professionals and other Ultrasound Care employees

Skills and Experience

• previous experience in a busy healthcare setting essential
• excellent communication skills
• excellent attention to detail
• ability to work well within a team
