Meeting & Events Executive

This role is primarily based at PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport, which is conveniently located adjacent to Melbourne Airport. Featuring 276 guest accommodation rooms, newly refurbished 16 Meeting & Events Conference rooms and the Airo Restaurant & Bar, PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport is the perfect landing place. 

PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport, is currently on the look out for a passionate Meeting & Events Executive to join our energetic, supportive and driven Meeting & Events team. 

The Role:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Selling our Meeting & Events venue
• Coordinating guest events from start to finish
• Developing and maintaining existing and new client relationships
• Effectively communicating Event details and feedback across relevant hotel departments to ensure successful deliver

Ideally you will have:

• A strong passion for the hospitality industry
• Strong attention to detail
• Work in a fast paced environment
• Previous experience in a Meeting & Events role
• Experience managing customer relationships
