The
Motor Performance Advisor provides the business with
Motor Performance Insights via a dedicated Assessor Audit & Quality Assurance Feedback Framework. In addition, this role provides technical, system and performance management support for Motor Assessors & Repairers, Assessing & Repair/Supplier Managers, Manager Motor Claims & Executive Managers enabling the business to provide the best customer experience and deliver the required repair quality, cost and timeliness outcomes.This opportunity will support a National team, with members in Qld, NSW, and Victoria as well as South Australia. While ideally based in South Australia applications from other areas will be considered.
What you'll do- Achieving Average Repair Cost and Average Combined Cost Targets
- Supporting the decision making and actions of the Suncorp Personal Insurance Repair Agreement Repairers, (SPIRA) & Motor Claims Managers, Motor Claims Assessors to contribute to the achievement of cost, customer, quality & timeliness targets
- AudaNet, AudaBridge & E-Scribe Compliance Monitoring
- Completing Assessor Audits
- Auditing Assessors Compliance to ensure process adherence
- Coaching and Developing Assessors
- Delivering 1:1 Audit feedback sessions to Assessors and Manager Motor Claims Team
- Ensuring claims are managed effectively and in a timely manner
- Assist in the design of continuous improvement models to support business plans
- Provide referral point to support complex customer enquiries and complaints
- Delivery of exceptional customer service (internal and external
- Responsible for and determining any risks associated
- Responsible for adhering to Industry Code of Conduct to eliminate risks
- Reviewing risks in all internal and external locations
Job Requirements- Qualified Panel Beater, Spray Painter or Mechanic - Mandatory
- Certificate IV in Vehicle Loss Assessing - Desired
- Demonstrated expertise in vehicle loss adjusting and systems knowledge
- Extensive quoting and estimating experience
- Demonstrated advanced level of customer management
- Advanced vehicle damage assessment and estimating skills utilising Methods Based Assessing & Repair
- Understanding of State, Federal & Insurance Code of Conduct requirements
- Detailed system knowledge of ClaimCenter, AudaNet, AudaBridge & E-Scribe
