MRC Facility Coordinator
Summary
This Facility Coordinator role sits in an established team who are responsible for the delivery of comprehensive FM Services within a correctional services environment.
The successful applicant will be subject to a police check conducted via Corrections Victoria following their appointment into the role.
This is a 12 month fixed term maternity leave cover position.
Job Description
Job responsibilities:
Coordinate reactive works onsite including obtaining quotes and managing services for external reactive contractors.
Review and update invoices as required.
Conduct regular contractor spot checks and accept SWMS.
Coordinate onsite internal trades staff and contractors on site and external vendors.
Ensure timely completion of all maintenance tasks within KPI.
Manage permits, entry permissions, and contractor service records.
Participate in incident investigations, audits, and risk assessments.
Assist in inspections and OH&S tasks related to HazChem process.
Assist in completion of Change of Direction orders for asset management purposes.
Provide oncall support afterhours and weekends once every 4 weeks.
Other tasks related to the management of the site.
Experience:
A minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience, preferably in commercial or industrial real estate with facility management experience required.
Skilled in Building Management Systems maintenance and monitoring
Customer service and client relationship management experience beneficial
Valid Victorian Driver's License required.
