Multiple Temporary Customer Service Positions

We have positions ranging from 2 weeks through to six months at large national companies who offer a dynamic and supportive working environment. 
key duties you will engage in include:

• Inbound and Outbound calls up to 30 per day, with a focus on first contact resolution
• Being the first point of contact for suppliers and departments,transferring calls escalating to the appropriate department
• Working toward team KPIs and completing ongoing training, in accordance with your manager
• Escalating cases through a ticketing system
• Processing orders and providing exceptional service with follow-up calls
• Answering inquiries via email providing information in regards to product/ service offered

ABOUT YOU

2 years of proven Customer Service experience in a fast paced environment
Previous front desk experience
Passion for problem resolution and attention to detail
Ability to work full time, Monday to Friday
Ability to overcome objections and queries in a timely manner
Outgoing and positive nature
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to adapt this to different stakeholders
