This exciting opportunity requires the services of an experienced National Account Manager

THE OPPORTUNITY
This exciting opportunity requires the services of an experienced sales professional. A passionate sales expert who can work with key retailers and consequently grow the channel. The role is hands on and requires an experienced sales expert, who understands the core values of driving business growth, with a firm understanding on commercial terms.
The candidate will be expected to multi-task, exercise initiative, and work effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines.
The role requires close collaboration with all departments in the business, especially Finance, Supply Chain and Marketing.
Role & Responsibilities
Work closely with Marketing, NPD and field team to build sales and manage all administrative functions relating to:
• Drive revenue growth whilst maintaining strong profit line
• Understanding of Australian retailers ideally Discount Department & Pharmacy (specifically Chemist Warehouse)
• Promotional Planning
• Budget Management – ability to build a budget from the bottom up
• Driving new & existing products
• Forecasting
• Internal and external communication
• Sales analysis – clear understanding of scan data and how to articulate readings and translate into business growth initiatives
• Closely monitoring stock levels and sales effectiveness – both sales into
channels as well as sell-through data obtained through Aztec, iRi and Nielsen
• Monitor incoming orders by product and value and liaise with customer and Nude by Nature on delivery and OOS
• Analyse sales and provide monthly forecast to customer replenishment team & supply team
• Administrate, communicate and execute promotional plans and communicate to Supply Team
• Work with retailers on new products, seasonal packs, promotional packs/GWP
for timings, product details with ability to complete all relevant paperwork for
customers to enable speed to market
• Pre-requisite that you have a full understanding of how to build a sales and
marketing budget from the ground up
Key Attributes
• Proven strong sales background with examples of success in previous roles
• Ability to build strong relationships with the key stakeholders within accounts
managed
• Highly motivated and enjoy working in fast paced environment
• Competitive self-driven individual
• Ability to work with internal stakeholders to drive and manage all aspects of your business
• Experience working within the Australian retail environment
Key Skills
• Existing (or ability to build) strong relationships with key members of the
customers team (replen, pricing, etc)
• Advanced excel and highly analytical with ability to interpret data and provide
forecast
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at any one time
• Attention to detail
