TVH, Australia's leading National Technical Services provider is seeking an experienced National Account Manager with an Operational background to support our National team. With Australia's largest footprint & over 500 personnel, delivering Mechanical, Fire, Electrical, Hygiene, Handyman and Grounds maintenance services, this is an exciting role for a motivated & driven self-starter.
To be successful in this role, you must have extensive experience in the day-to-day management of Field Technicians who specialise in service, maintenance and installation of multi-discipline systems. The role will also require face-to-face interaction with TVH’s valued customer network and be based in our Melbourne office.
This role will be responsible for;
- Account Management of all national customer accounts, exceeding clients’ expectations and associated KPI's/SLA’s.
- Work with state based teams through the delivery of all service, maintenance and project work across allocated customer accounts
- Managing quality assurance and compliance across customer accounts
- Management, mentoring and development of internal staff.
- Commercial forecasting and financial analysis for allocated customer accounts.
- Meeting required sales targets
- Sales growth within allocated customer accounts.
- Tendering on minor projects within your allocated customer accounts.
The ideal candidate will have;
- A strong focus and commitment towards making a safe and positive workplace
- Excellent customer service and time management skills
- Possess a good commercial & operational acumen
- The ability to generate opportunities
- Knowledge of fire equipment installation and service standards
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the management of Service Technicians and a wide customer base
- A positive attitude and willingness to develop skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A current and valid Australian Drivers Licence.
You must be an Australian Citizen, able to pass a Police and Working with Children Check and complete a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening.
