We've partnered with a key player in the asset management and cleaning space to hire their new National BDM. We're seeking a self starter, who is emotionally intelligent, detail orientated and will be the driving force to help our client grow.
Leveraging on your previous experience and contacts you'll hit the ground running. Working closely with the Head of Sales and Business Development, you'll identify new opportunities, win bids through tender submission and provide exceptional customer service.
Role:
- Market map and identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify and facilitate business improvements initiatives
- Identify client needs and collaborate with the bid management and estimator teams to tailor solutions and win business.
- Contract negotiation, site visits/walk throughs, great customer service and attend networking events.
- Experience in B2B within the facilities/asset management.
- Experience as a Business Development or Senior BDM would be preferred.
- Proven track record of generating sales.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer centric approach and strong attention to detail
- Strong negotiation and presentations skills
- Autonomous worker who is happy to travel across the state and country.
