- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and market expansion for the business across Australia.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders across the hardware / plumbing reseller network
- Work with Product, Category and Marketing teams to drive sales & product ranging
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to identify market trends and opportunities for product innovation.
- Monitor and analyse market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and strategies.
- Have ultimate responsibility for top line sales for the business
- Proven track record in B2B sales and Business Development.
- Strong experience selling into major hardware retailers and/or plumbing merchants
- Background in cement / aggregates or similar industry will be highly regarded
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, capable of analysing data and market trends to drive informed decision-making.
