Key Role Highlights:
- As the National Business Development Manager, lead comprehensive Business Development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the local transport, LCL, and air freight sectors.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align Business Development initiatives with organizational objectives and priorities.
- Proven track record as a National Business Development Manager with success in Business Development, sales, or account management within the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.
- Extensive experience and expertise in local transport, LCL, and air freight services.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; familiarity with industry-specific tools and technologies preferred.
- Willingness to travel nationally as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and participate in Business Development activities.
