As we look to expand our footprint, we are seeking a dynamic National Business Development Manager to spearhead our entry into the Australian market.

II. JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1. Position overview:

  • This is a hybrid role located in Sydney, NSW, with flexibility for some remote work.
  • As a National Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base accross Australia. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, promoting our range of packaging solutions, and driving revenue growth.
  • The National Business Development Manager will work closely with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams in both Australia and Vietnam, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.

2. Key responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive business growth.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.

3. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce/Marketing/Management or a related field. Post-Graduate qualification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales and Business development, preferably in packaging or related industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Deep knowledge of the packaging industry and related products is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
  • High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering results.
