Managing three large national accounts, Costco, Target and Kmart you'll lead from the front and be the face of the business in this exciting and career defining role.
The Role:
The national Business Manager will have full control of their accounts and:
- Support growth through NPD and strategic business plans
- Build excellent relationships with your key stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Lead and develop Join Business Plans across all accounts.
- Execute range reviews and use utilise data and analytics to generate category insights and accurate forecasting
- Design and develop promotional programs for each account and negotiate terms and agreements.
- Deliver on financial KPI's
- Be a leader within the business and lead from the front
Your Background:
- We are seeking National Account Managers with experience dealing in either Grocery, Independents or P&C channels
- Analytical problem solver with determination to deliver
- Strong stakeholder engagement and customer relationship skills
- Exceptional negotiating skills and an excellent communicator
