Reporting to the Head of Portfolio & Asset Management for Australia, Centuria will support you to ensure success and excellence is achieved.
National Facilities Manager
Responsible for the delivery of Facilities, Engineering and Operations services across 350+ assets nationally, you will provide operational direction and oversight of the performance of the portfolio. You will ensure compliance, building efficiency and optimum performance through collaborating with internal and external experts to deliver premium return on investment for the Shareholders. Your commercial insight and drive will complement your understanding of the vital importance of customer satisfaction, constantly looking for innovative ways of delivering the very best experience to them through their interaction within the portfolio.
A team of 7, comprising State FM’s and a Shared Facilities Services Manager will report directly. You will invest in them and support their oversight of the FM team delivering across the portfolio. Creating a collaborative team approach to engagement with contractors and vendors, you will support and provide direction, enhancing staff competencies and encourage accountability.
As the National Facilities Manager, you will ensure:
- Staff management and development
- Implementation of Sustainability, WHS, compliance and risk strategies
- Innovative leadership across all areas of Facilities Management
Suitability
We are looking for someone with strong potential who has a good technical understanding of the built environment and an astute commercial mind (ROI). Experience in a Facilities leadership role at a Regional, Portfolio or National level for 5-10 years will be expected. You will have demonstrated operational delivery expertise across commercial, industrial, or retail properties. Direct operational involvement in the Facilities Management - Asset Management sectors is critical. Experience managing a senior team of Facilities Management professionals is expected, whilst demonstrated ability to identify and deliver initiatives across a portfolio of assets will set you apart from the rest.
