National Hr Manager

We are currently looking for an outstanding HR Manager that would like the opportunity to work with our client.

Our client is a privately owned business and one of the largest providers of services to the Poultry industry across Australia.

The role:

For this independent role, the National HR Manager will support the Executive management team and will be in charge of overseeing all facets of HR operations within the organisation with the support of a dedicated HR team.

Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Ongoing development of HR policies and procedures, including legislative compliance, review, and employee awareness activities.
• Implementing KPI’s, Job Descriptions and organisational restructuring.
• Advise and support managers/supervisors in managing the performance and development of their employees.
• Development and implementation of employee induction/on-boarding process.
• Management of all recruitment activities in conjunction with the direct line Manager.
• Overseeing, guiding, and supporting the organisation across employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, recruitment, talent development and retention, training and development, remuneration and rewards.
• Develop and produce HR and Payroll reporting for the executive.
• Participate in strategic planning activities, advising on legislative landscape, workforce planning, skills development initiatives and other key factors.

Essential skills:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Generalist HR Management role(s)
• Degree qualifications in HR
• We are looking for a strategic thinker who is energetic, driven, and innovative, with high ethical standards, integrity and commitment.
• Experience in FMCG industry highly favourable but not essential.
• A strong communicator with the ability to educate and coach team members throughout
• HR reporting and data analytics for Management
• Practical and down to earth - Approachable !
