THE POSITION
- Develop and maintain effective business relationships with clients, meet business outcomes and maintain our market leadership position.
- High levels of customer and client focus
- Identify and create new business opportunities.
- Lead strategically.
- Lead a high performing team across a service excellence.
- Build strong relationships with clients and develop a thorough understanding of all contractual requirements.
- Anticipate what will add value to the client, based upon a deep understanding of the market and needs of the client.
- Establish and maintain an environmentally sustainable workplace.
THE PERSON:
- A strong confident leader who knows how to get the best from their teams, clients and customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Min 7+ years hospitality experience.
- Min 5 years in a similar corporate environment.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, able to establish & maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders.
- A self-starter and the ability to work autonomously and within a team.
- Experience using Microsoft Office software: Excel, Outlook and Word.
