About the Role
We are seeking a National Marketing Manager for our HVAC division, to lead our HVAC Marketing Department in Scoresby. Reporting to the Executive General Manager HVAC, this role will play an integral part in driving our go-to-market strategy development, product launch campaign planning and marketing executions across various product categories and mediums for AU markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive HVAC brand awareness, equity and supporting the National Sales team to achieve market penetration.
- Develop and support go-to-market strategies for AU markets.
- Work closely with product teams and the training team to develop product USPs and messaging and product feature matrix systems.
- Coordinate with HQ and local teams to develop and/or localize product marketing assets ahead of new product launches, including but not limited to POS materials, packaging, product introduction imagery and video assets, etc.
- Develop and support HVAC marketing activities around new product launches and sales promotions.
- Conduct product research and market surveys according to HQ and local branch annual plans.
- Provide research and insights across regions into the market and competitor landscape within product categories.
- Manage, enhance and develop HVAC website including end user lead management.
- Develop and execute end user and partner promotions and co-operative advertising within company and budget guidelines.
- Develop, monitor and evolve brand trademarks for HVAC.
- Create and lead presentations on relevant product marketing topics and projects.
- Develop and localise marketing materials to enhance product lines and our brand image.
- Plan, implement and review product launches and measure product category performance.
- Contribute to product management review to ensure marketing interventions are reflected and tracked in operational planning.
- Maintain adherence to governance structure with Hisense product management standards, policies, and processes.
- Foster strong internal relationships with key stakeholders, the wider Marketing team, and external agencies to enable successful implementation of new product launches.
Key Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
- Previous experience in HVAC is an advantage but not required.
- 3 years minimum marketing/brand development experience.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and complete jobs to required deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in a KPI and Objective driven environment, and across multiple projects.
- Outstanding attention to detail and adherence to deadlines and budgets
- Managing and monitoring Marketing admin, including finance and invoicing, workflow management and use of in-house programs to finalise projects.
- Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. PowerPoint and Excel) and Project tools (e.g. Airtable) etc. Photoshop. General marketing software capability.
