About the role
As the National OE & Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and implementing sales and service strategies and activities for key Original Equipment (OE) and National Account customers to achieve sales, market share and profit targets.
With an ability to identify solutions to meet our customer requirements, you will provide superior service through developed multi-tier relationships both internally and externally.
This role may be based from our Eastwood (SA) or Truganina (VIC) office locations.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate credible, robust sales experience in the tyre and original equipment industry and the talent and tenacity we need to drive growth and take Bridgestone to the next level on a national scale. This includes being able to demonstrate your customer centric approach to Account Management and why this is important to a business.
To be able to perform this role successfully, as a minimum you will have:
- Solid background and knowledge of the tyre industry and its products
- Strong negotiation skills ensuring balanced outcomes for the business and customer
- Great problem solver with a proactive and analytical approach
- The ability to identify and secure new business opportunities and drive growth within an existing customer base
- Capability to embrace and promote new technology
- Effective relationship management focusing on creating and sustaining multi-tier relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally
- Exceptional communication, presentation and time management skills
- Efficient knowledge and utilisation of MicroSoft programs including Office, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
