As a part of the Aldus Group, we provide a wide range of individual to complete packaged solutions to customers in the print, packaging print and labelling industry.
We are currently looking for a National Sales Manager, to join our Australian Packaging team. This role will provide strong commercial, and professional leadership to the sales team that will ensure delivery of successful value-added solutions to Tronics customers. Leading by example, the National Sales Manager will develop strong commercial relationships with our team and key National Strategic Accounts [NSA].
The National Sales manager is accountable for the commercial and professional performance of the Australian sales team in order to achieve the results. The position has a high focus on developing and implementing a strategy for the business unit which is aimed at protecting and growing our business.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a strategic approach to identifying potential opportunities with both new and existing customers.
- Building a high performing sales team
- Providing monthly progress reporting outlining significant gains / challenges.
The successful application will have:
- 5+ years experience working in similar role
- Proven sales leadership experience
- Demonstrate successful experience in leading a geographically isolated sales team.
- Experience in and knowledge of continuous manufacturing.
- Demonstrated successful experience in capital sales.
- Evidence of further personal and professional development. Completion of training in progressive leadership techniques and methods
